Can I receive a refund if I return an item?

NO RETURNS. WE WILL ONLY EXCHANGE ITEMS IF THEY ARE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED.

If an exchange is required to a damaged product, you may be required to send the item back to us, but you will be reimbursed for the cost of shipping (up to $10). The replacement item will be sent back to you for free. Please contact us at armin@exhibitdirect.ca if you need an exchange.

Can I receive a refund if I cancel an order?

If your order has not been processed, please email your cancellation request to armin@exhibitdirect.ca and depending on the status of your order, at our discretion, we may issue a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests.

I received a damaged item, what do i do?

Please email armin@exhibitdirect.ca and we will help you sort this out.

How can I check my exchange status?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your exchange item has been sent out.

How long will it take for my exchange to be processed?

Once we have received your return, it should take approximately 7 business days for your exchange to be fulfilled and sent out.
